16:9 desktops, 16:10 laptops, 4:3 tablets
Describe a background and get an image larger than a 3840 × 2160 4K monitor, so it stays sharp on desktops, laptops and tablets.
A 4K wallpaper from AI Wallpaper Generator is 4096 × 2304 pixels with Seedream 4.5 or 5504 × 3072 with Nano Banana 2 at 16:9, more than a 3840 × 2160 4K UHD monitor shows, so it never has to be enlarged. Tablets get 3:4 or 4:3, up to 3072 × 4096 with Seedream 4.5 or 3584 × 4800 with Nano Banana 2. 4K costs the same as 2K: 10 credits with Seedream 4.5 or 20 with Nano Banana 2.
4096 × 2304 covers a 3840 × 2160 monitor with room to spare, so the wallpaper is scaled down, never stretched.
A wallpaper costs 10 or 20 credits whatever the resolution, so 4K costs nothing extra.
Laptops with 16:10 screens trim a strip from each side of a 16:9 image. At 4K, 4096 × 2304 still covers most laptop screens, and Nano Banana 2's 5504 × 3072 covers even 3840 × 2400 panels.
Choose 3:4 for a tablet held upright or 4:3 held sideways: 3072 × 4096 with Seedream 4.5 or 3584 × 4800 with Nano Banana 2 at 4K.
Keep the focal point toward the center; desktop icons and the taskbar cover the edges.
Or 3:4 and 4:3 for a tablet, and 21:9 with Nano Banana 2 for an ultrawide monitor.
Use your computer's wallpaper settings and choose Fill so the image covers the screen.
The 4K sizes this generator makes, all at the same credit price as 2K:
A wallpaper looks sharp when it has at least as many pixels as the screen. Full HD monitors are 1920 × 1080, QHD monitors 2560 × 1440 and 4K UHD monitors 3840 × 2160, all 16:9. Many laptops use 16:10 screens, such as 1920 × 1200 or 2560 × 1600.
A 16:9 4K wallpaper of 4096 × 2304 covers all of them: the screen scales it down and, on 16:10, trims a little from the sides. For the sharpest 16:10 panels, such as 3840 × 2400, use Nano Banana 2's 5504 × 3072. A 2K wallpaper of 2560 × 1440 is enough for Full HD and QHD screens.
After downloading the image:
2K files are smaller and quicker to download and share, and they are enough for Full HD and QHD screens. Pick 4K for large or high-density screens, or whenever you plan to crop.
The price is the same either way, and the generator asks the model for the full 4K size directly; it does not enlarge a smaller image afterwards.
Yes. With 4K selected, the generator asks the model to render the full size, for example 4096 × 2304 at 16:9, rather than enlarging a smaller image afterwards.
No. A wallpaper costs 10 credits with Seedream 4.5 or 20 with Nano Banana 2 at either resolution.
Yes. Choose Fill in your wallpaper settings and the laptop trims a thin strip from each side. Keep the subject near the center so nothing important is lost.
Yes. Pick 3:4 for portrait (3072 × 4096) or 4:3 for landscape (4096 × 3072) with Seedream 4.5. iPads are close to 3:4, and widescreen 16:10 tablets work well with 16:9 held sideways.
Use the ultrawide page: Nano Banana 2 makes 21:9 panoramas of 6336 × 2688, which you can crop for 32:9 screens and two monitors side by side.
Signing up is free, but each 4K wallpaper uses purchased credits, 10 with Seedream 4.5 or 20 with Nano Banana 2, the same as 2K. There are no free trial credits.
Pick 16:9 and 4K at the same credit price as 2K.
